Don’t Indulge In Too Many Sugary Snacks

Cold, refreshing sodas or icy popsicles won’t be much good for your smile in the long run because all that sugar will feed the bacteria that brings about cavities. No one wants to deal with fillings in the Fall! Try to limit your intake of such things!

Brush Like You Mean It
